1.   Must be a tithing church member

2.   Attend all church services and teach the youth Sunday School class

3.   Organize and encourage youth visitation program

4.   Coordinate youth ministries/events

5.   Direct youth in spiritual training

6.   Maintain & operate within the youth budget

Note:  Director & all youth workers will require a background check prior to his/her assignment working with our youth.
