The staff of the Hamilton County Baptist Association offers a wide range of assistance to our churches in addition to church programming or local church support. Helpful counsel is offered to church leaders and staff in the following areas:

Block Party Trailer

The Block Party Trailer affords the opportunity for conducting Evangelistic events for groups who might not otherwise be able to afford one. Churches should email hcba@baptistassociation.com for more information. Requests are honored on a first come first served basis. HCBA churches will be charged $50 per usage. ESL Resources

The Hamilton County Baptist Association is passionate about equipping our churches for ESL (English as a Second Language) ministry. We offer a wide variety of resources available to our member churches and ministries, including Bibles in multiple languages, ESL workbooks, and instructional manuals. All are free to borrow or take. Whether you are launching an ESL ministry or looking to strengthen the one you already have, HCBA wants to help you reach and serve your community. ESL Training

Need a teacher trained in your ESL Ministry? Twice a year the Hamilton County Baptist Association hosts a training program for those who wish to Teach English as a second language. This training is online, with modules for you to work through, as you read through your required manual. Everyone can go at their own pace, just as long as it is finished within the allotted time frame. There will also be a REQUIRED 5-hour video conference lesson, on Zoom, at the end of the training period. If interested, email hcba@baptistassociation.com!

Monthly Newsletter

Stay connected with everything happening across the Hamilton County Baptist Association with our monthly newsletter, delivered through Mailchimp on the last day of every month. Each issue is packed with valuable updates including upcoming meetings and events, highlights from our ministries, prayer requests, job openings, monthly church contributions, and any other important news from across the association. Pastoral/Ministerial Resource Room

Pastors, Staff, and Lay leadership of churches in our Association have access to thousands of free resources to further help with the ministry of the church. You will find books on pastoral ministry, counseling, church revitalization, missions, discipleship, prayer, as well as commentaries, and devotional books. We also have resources to take with you on mission such as salvation tracks, salvation bracelets, DVD guides on reaching various people groups, and more! We also have several different translations of the Bible in bulk! You will also find resources from Guidestone and LifeWay. All of this is free to give to our churches! Resume Referral Ministry

One of the ministries of our association is a referral service for different staff positions a church may desire/need to fill. We file resumes for a variety of roles as a way to serve our churches. We’re always looking to further strengthen the quality and quantity of resumes we have in our office. Our policy is for churches to contact us, come in, and look through the active files. Please note that we refer, not recommend resumes to our churches. If you know of someone searching for a ministry position (interim, part-time, or full-time), know of a young person seeking to gain experience in the ministry, or have folks in your church that are seeking a place to serve, please have them email hcba@baptistassociation.com.

Weekly Prayer Letter

Each Thursday, the Hamilton County Baptist Association sends out a weekly prayer letter featuring the latest updates on our pastors and churches. From personal needs to church milestones, this letter keeps our association family informed and unified in prayer. Our churches and pastors need your prayers and this is one of the simplest ways you can support them.
