Dr. Scott Harris

New Director of Missions

Scott Harris is the DOM of HCBA. He comes to this position most recently from a state convention role. Harris served as the Missions Team Leader and Evangelism Director for the Illinois Baptist State Association. Before serving in this role, he was a pastor for almost 24 years. He holds a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and Doctor of Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Teresa have been married 34 years. Dr. Harris first day will be on November 12th!
