Chapter Director – Child Evangelism Fellowship (Greater Chattanooga Chapter)
Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) of Tennessee is seeking a Chapter Director to provide spiritual, organizational, and strategic leadership for the Greater Chattanooga Chapter. This individual will lead ministry efforts to evangelize, disciple, and connect children with local churches while developing staff, volunteers, ministry partnerships, and financial support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Christ-centered spiritual leadership through prayer and active children's ministry.
Recruit, train, develop, and lead ministry staff and volunteers.
Build partnerships with churches, schools, community leaders, and local organizations.
Lead fundraising efforts, cultivate donor relationships, and oversee budget accountability.
Develop ministry vision and strategic plans in collaboration with the local committee.
Ensure compliance with CEF policies, maintain accurate records, and attend required state meetings.
Qualifications:
Born-again believer with a clear calling to children's ministry.
Demonstrates biblical leadership consistent with 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
Passion for evangelism, prayer, and partnering with local churches.
Proven leadership, organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
Willing to complete the 12-week Children's Ministry Institute (CMI) training program.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, email, CRM software, and basic presentation technology is helpful but can be developed on the job.
