This course is a study of the essential elements needed to be effective in leading a ministry. Great leaders understand where they are in the process of leadership both regarding weakness and strength. They understand how to enhance their own leadership style and develop leaders around them. Participants will learn where they are in the process of becoming an effective leader and how to fill in the leadership gaps that currently exist.
